What do you do when you’re craving an everything bagel, but don’t have the patience to make bagels or want to leave the house? I don’t know what you do, but I make biscuits.

Chevron rhubarb tart with poached rhubarb, vanilla bean namelaka, and rhubarb curd filling inside of an almond pâte sucrée shell. Edible flowers from @homefieldfarm and my tiny balcony boxes 💐
Holding on to the end of rhubarb season with this rhubarb frangipane tart: gently poached rhubarb, almond cream, and a sweet-tart rhubarb compote in an almond pâte sucrée shell.
Trying out different ways to finish tarts: these are filled with black tea ganache montée, mango crémeux, and raspberry jam in an almond pâte sucrée base.
Maple pecan butter tarts: raisins need not apply.
Chocolate truffles two ways:
Playing around with a new (to me) flour. I got a little carried away and made far more dough than any one person should at home, which yielded some Nutella knots, black sesame swirls, and some last-minute kanelbullar. We’ve now got enough buns to last us at yeast a month, but I’m not crusty about it.
